For over a decade, I’ve been wanting to create a community of people who want to create a healthy lifestyle without jumping off the deep end. From fashion & beauty finds to healthy recipes and wellness tips, I’m here to inspire you to embrace the crunchy lifestyle while still enjoying your life.

Beyond work and creating content, I love creating wood-burning art, cuddling with my newborn, reading in my pj’s, and spending time with my friends.

How it Got Started,

and why I’m a fan of half-assing it.


In my health and wellness journey, I have always felt as though I am never doing enough. I watched influencers whose whole life revolved around wellness and felt that if I didn’t commit to every part of the crunchy lifestyle, I wasn’t good enough. But life isn’t that black and white. You are allowed to half-ass it and do what works best for you not only physically, but mentally as well. Because stressing yourself out about your healthy habits, isn’t making you any healthier.

So this one is for the moms who want the best ingredients for their kids, but need to serve chicken nuggets from time to time. The corporate girlies who workout at 5am, but skip it occasionally for those extra ZZZ’s. And the clean freaks who want to reduce their toxic load but can’t fathom the thought of cleaning their house with vinegar…I’m here for you!
